Kuala Lumpur – Malaysia’s Prime Minister and Acting Minister of Education, Tun Dr. Mahatir Bin Mohamad, experiences Veative’s Virtual Reality solutions (One of the products of the United Education Group)at the networking event held at the Putrajaya International Convention Center (PICC),on 30th January 2020.
Rina Harun, Rural Development Minister, showed an interest in the product presented and was thrilled to hear about the applications of VR in industry as well as education. She is eager to witness the adoption and implementation of Virtual Reality in Malaysia and was thoroughly supportive. Rina Harun believes that this would expedite the economic and rural development of the country.
The event (Majlis Ramah Mesra Perdana Menteri Bersama Rakan Strategik KPLB );Networking with YAB Perdana Menteri & Strategic Partners of KPLB) hosted various businesses including Maxis Communications,Celcom Axiata Berhad, Tenaga Nasional Berhad, Telekom Malaysia, Samsung Malaysia, Malaysian Airport Holding Berhad, DRB-HICOM, Berjaya Group.
Among the 10,000 event go-ers was the Prime Minister and Acting Minister of Education, Tun Dr. Mahathir bin Mohamad and other government officials including, Rural Development Minister, Datuk Seri Rina Mohd Harun.
Almotahdia Education Group Malaysia participated in the event in collaboration with IPSB to showcase their Virtual Reality solutions that elevate human experience via immersive technology for enterprise and education.
An interest in Veative’s K-12 STEM VR solution consisting of 500+ modules was apparent. These modules are mapped to promote the digitization of STEM education in lower and higher secondary institutions. Moreover, the industrial applications for VR as showcased by Almotahida Malaysia was met with the utmost positivity and appreciation.
