Responsibilities:

• Work with subject matter experts to identify target audience’s training needs.
• State instructional end goals and create content that matches them.
• Visualize instructional graphics, the user interface, and the finished product.
• Apply instructional design theories and practice.
• Develop innovative ideas for e-Learning resources.
• Work effectively with colleagues to create compelling and engaging deliverables.
• Create supporting material/media (audio, video, simulations, role plays, games etc).
• Apply tested instructional design theories, practice, and methods.
• Work with graphic designers to create supporting material/media (audio, video, simulations, role plays, games etc)

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in any discipline (educational technology or similar, highly preferred).
• Proven working experience in instructional design and E-learning technology.
• E-Learning Diploma from an accredited center, highly preferred.
• Excellent knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models.
• (1-5) years of working experience in instructional design.
• Excellent knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models.
• Lesson and curriculum planning skills.
• Basic HTML5 and Flash programming knowledge.
• Solid knowledge of course development cycle and at least one Learning Management System.
• Ability to write instructional text, audio scripts/video scripts.
• BS or MA degree in instructional design, educational technology or similar is preferred.
